Job description

Role overview

Heritage Lifecare is looking for a Caregiver to join Broadview Lifecare in Whanganui, where the focus is on delivering thoughtful, high-quality support to residents in a caring and homely setting. The site is an 85-bed care home and hospital with a 27-unit village in a rural location, and it offers care across five service levels, including a Mental Health Recovery unit. This creates a varied environment with strong learning opportunities.

Broadview Lifecare is based in the riverside city of Whanganui, a welcoming place to live and work. The wider Heritage Lifecare network is one of New Zealand’s largest aged care and dementia providers, with 42 care homes and 20 villages across the country. The organisation describes itself as a supportive whānau culture that values diversity, inclusion, empathy, and care.
