Role Overview
This part-time hybrid position is based in Abu Dhabi and includes the flexibility to work remotely. The Business Support Manager will help keep day-to-day business activities running smoothly, strengthen financial handling, and improve overall organizational performance. The role centers on budgeting, workflow improvement, performance tracking, and coordinating communication across stakeholders while working with different teams to support business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of routine operational activities and ensure they are executed efficiently.
- Support financial planning tasks, including budget development and resource allocation.
- Review workflows and identify opportunities to make processes faster and more effective.
- Track and interpret key performance indicators to guide business decisions.
- Serve as a communication link between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional groups to carry out operational plans and contribute to growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong ability to analyze information, spot patterns, and use data to support decisions.
- Solid understanding of operations management and process optimization.
- Practical experience in finance and budgeting for planning and allocation purposes.
- Clear and effective communication skills for working with stakeholders and teams.
- Ability to manage several tasks at once, set priorities, and stay flexible as needs change.
- Prior exposure to hybrid working arrangements is considered an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
