Role Summary
The Account Manager for Botswana will provide operational leadership for Normet activities in the country. This includes coordination of sales, service, and support functions to ensure smooth business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and strengthen important customer partnerships, including relationships with major mining customers and government stakeholders, while supporting steady revenue growth and high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee operational performance across equipment uptime, service execution, and parts availability, making sure these areas meet Normet’s standards.
- Make sure all local legal requirements and group governance expectations are followed.
- Act as the primary senior contact for customers, public sector bodies, industry organizations, and communities in the region.
