About the Role
ABC Cargo & Courier, a well-established UAE provider of cargo and courier solutions, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to support business expansion, strengthen client relationships, and help grow the company’s customer portfolio in Dubai.
What You’ll Do
- Spot new commercial opportunities and contribute to revenue growth across cargo and courier services.
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
- Create and implement sales plans that help meet and surpass business targets.
- Handle negotiations and secure agreements with both new and existing customers.
- Represent the company in client discussions, meetings, and presentations.
- Work closely with the operations team to make sure service quality stays strong.
Experience and Qualifications
- You should have 5 to 7 years of UAE experience in business development and sales.
- A consistent history of identifying leads, managing client accounts, and contributing to business growth is required.
- Prior exposure to cargo, courier, freight forwarding, or logistics is preferred.
- Strong skills in negotiation, presentations, and client relationship management are important.
- Excellent English communication is necessary; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi will be an added benefit.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
