IT Support Executive

About the Role

ABC Cargo & Courier, a well-known cargo and courier company in the UAE, is looking for IT Support Executives to keep its technology environment running reliably and support everyday business activities. The employer is seeking to fill 5 openings, and candidates who can join right away are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver support to users and resolve problems related to hardware and software.
• Oversee the upkeep of IT systems so business operations continue without disruption.
• Handle Windows-based systems along with the Microsoft 365 setup.
• Support the organization’s network environment, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and endpoint or antivirus protection.
• Assist with server administration, management of IT assets, and use of ticketing tools.
• Keep systems available, maintain backup routines, and follow strong IT security practices.

Requirements

• Applicants should have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in IT support.
• Good working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware/software troubleshooting is needed.
• A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar discipline is required.
• Experience with server administration and IT ticketing systems is expected.
• Strong analytical ability and the capacity to work with minimal supervision are important.
• Only candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
