Role Overview

JD Logistics seeks a strategic and seasoned Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth within Germany. The candidate must have substantial expertise in logistics and be proficient in German.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive market research to pinpoint growth prospects and analyze competitive dynamics within the German logistics sector.
  • Develop and execute plans to acquire new clients and broaden our customer network in Germany.
  • Build and maintain strategic collaborations with both local and global logistics partners.
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at meeting revenue goals and strengthening market presence.
  • Work collaboratively with operations and customer service teams to ensure excellent service quality.
  • Evaluate sales figures and market developments to improve strategies and provide progress updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in business development positions within the logistics industry.
  • Deep familiarity with the German logistics market and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
  • Fluency in both German and English required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related discipline.
