Business Analyst

About the Role

Aditi Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract role in Alaska, United States. This position will backfill a manager role within the Global Business Selling & Stores team, focusing on driving operational excellence, performance visibility, and cross-functional alignment for the Global B2C Business Unit. The ideal candidate will bring structure to ambiguous environments and connect data, processes, and stakeholders to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance key business operations and cadences, including MBRs and Extended Business reviews.
• Ensure accountability through clear documentation, action tracking, and follow-through in leadership forums.
• Support the 2027 planning process by managing timelines, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and facilitating stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with Analytics, BU/product teams, Finance, and central planning teams to synthesize inputs for effective decision-making.
• Own and report on seller performance insights, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis of the Big 7 seller funnel, CSAT, and seller health metrics.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Partner with analytics teams to prioritize and drive the analytics agenda for the Global B2C BU and markets B2C teams.
• Champion the adoption of AI tools to improve insight generation, reporting efficiency, and workflows.
• Share best practices and enable the team to leverage AI in daily operations.

Requirements

• Possess a strong operational mindset with the ability to introduce structure, rigor, and accountability in dynamic business settings.
• Demonstrated experience in managing business cadences, planning processes, and coordinating across multiple functions.
• Advanced analytical capabilities to interpret performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Skilled in synthesizing complex data into concise narratives for senior executives.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Analytics, Finance, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence without direct authority and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing clarity and actionability.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and proactively identifying process improvements.

Additional Information

The pay rate for this role is between $35.00 and $36.40 per hour. This is a temporary position. Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as relevant skills, education, and experience. Full-time employees are eligible for a benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance, health savings accounts, paid time off, bereavement leave, 401(k) with employer match, and other insurance options.
