Job description
Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate Barkeeper (m/w/d) to join the team at ZOE by AMANO in Berlin.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and standards
- Ensure drinks are presented and produced to a high standard
- Carry out shift preparation and closing duties
- Coordinate work processes at the bar to maintain efficiency
Candidate Profile
- Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management, or equivalent experience working in a bar
- Enthusiasm for bar culture and an interest in discovering new drink recipes
- Efficient and meticulous in all tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Proficiency in German; additional language skills are advantageous
