Barkeeper (m/w/d)

Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate Barkeeper (m/w/d) to join the team at ZOE by AMANO in Berlin.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and standards
• Ensure drinks are presented and produced to a high standard
• Carry out shift preparation and closing duties
• Coordinate work processes at the bar to maintain efficiency

Candidate Profile

• Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management, or equivalent experience working in a bar
• Enthusiasm for bar culture and an interest in discovering new drink recipes
• Efficient and meticulous in all tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Proficiency in German; additional language skills are advantageous
