About the role
This opportunity is for an experienced EASA Part-66 B1 licensed aircraft maintenance engineer to join line maintenance operations in a fast-moving aviation setting. The position focuses on Boeing 737 NG/MAX and Airbus A320 CEO/NEO aircraft, with responsibilities covering fault diagnosis, maintenance work, issuing CRS, and staying fully aligned with EASA Part-145 requirements.
Responsibilities
- Carry out line maintenance work on Boeing 737 NG/MAX and Airbus A320 CEO/NEO aircraft
- Handle troubleshooting tasks across ramp and hangar activities
- Authorize Certificates of Release to Service (CRS) within the scope of approved type ratings
- Follow EASA Part-145 rules and established maintenance processes
- Conduct inspections, fix reported defects, and complete routine maintenance jobs
- Prepare technical paperwork and maintenance logs with accuracy
- Support high levels of flight safety and operational dependability
- Work on rotating shifts, including weekends and additional hours when needed
- Coordinate closely with maintenance, flight operations, and engineering teams
Requirements
- Valid EASA Part-66 B1 license is required
- Type rating on Boeing 737 NG/MAX and/or Airbus A320 CEO/NEO
- At least 10 years of aircraft maintenance experience
- Hands-on background in line maintenance and aircraft fault troubleshooting
- Ability to issue CRS within the limits of authorized type ratings
- Strong working knowledge of EASA Part-145 standards and aviation regulations
- Experience in a commercial airline or MRO environment
- Solid understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance methods, and safety practices
- Advanced English skills at C1 level or equivalent
- Must be willing and able to relocate to Israel
- Valid documentation required for international employment
Additional information
Location: Israel. The role is based onsite and is part of a full-time employment arrangement.
Working conditions
The schedule includes rotating shifts, with weekend coverage and overtime as operational needs demand.
