Role Purpose and Schedule

The Availability 2IC supports the Availability Manager by overseeing stock presence, implementing the Manager's Trading Plan, and leading nightfill teams to maintain store readiness. This position focuses on restocking, merchandising, presentation, and recovery during off-peak hours to minimize customer disruption.

• Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 12:30pm to 9:00pm

Responsibilities

• Ensure product availability including restocking and merchandising tasks are completed efficiently during nighttime hours
• Maintain high standards of product presentation to contribute to an inviting store environment
• Lead and coordinate the fill teams in executing the Manager's Trading Plan within tight deadlines
• Work collaboratively with the Availability Manager to maintain optimal stock levels and store aesthetics

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and drive to meet objectives
• Capable of understanding and implementing operational plans effectively
• Possesses good written and verbal communication abilities
• Exhibits leadership qualities or has prior leadership experience
