Job Overview
We are seeking a Manager to join Kafenio Cafe, located at Mahindru Hospital, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. This role involves primarily billing and customer service, supporting team members as needed, and working collaboratively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle billing tasks and manage customer interactions effectively.
- Provide assistance to colleagues whenever required to ensure smooth operations.
Mandatory Qualifications and Skills
- Good communication abilities.
- Confident demeanor with appropriate dressing and body language.
- Enthusiasm to learn and collaborate with a team.
- Experience of 6 months to 1 year in retail client handling or hospitality management.
Additional Information
