Associate Product Designer

Role overview

Aditya Birla Capital is looking for an Associate Product Designer to contribute to the design and rollout of clear, consistent, and distinctive digital experiences for the One ABC mobile app and web platform. This position sits within Digital Experience / Product Design for Aditya Birla Capital – Digital Platforms (One ABC App).

What you will do

• Help maintain a brand-led design system and the UI/UX structure for the One ABC digital ecosystem.
• Keep the visual language and interaction patterns aligned across business verticals and all digital touchpoints.
• Use established design standards, component sets, and style guidelines in a consistent way.
• Support ongoing improvement of app and web journeys through usability testing, product analytics, and customer feedback.
• Turn user insights into concrete design changes and enhancements.
• Contribute to building a strong, market-leading user experience on the One ABC App.
• Assist in shaping product experiences that are meaningfully different while still matching user needs and business objectives.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to improve relevance in the market and encourage adoption.
• Create prototypes, test ideas, and refine solutions across the full product journey.
• Support the full lifecycle of important design assets and experiences, from early concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Incorporate customer input, business direction, and market trends into design evolution.
• Help increase repeat usage, engagement, and loyalty through thoughtful experience design.

Skills and competencies

• Strong foundation in UI/UX design for mobile and web products.
• User-centered design approach and design thinking.
• Ability to create wireframes and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Working knowledge of design systems and brand consistency.
• Effective collaboration and stakeholder communication.
• Analytical thinking with careful attention to detail.

Experience and qualifications

The role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in digital product design or UI/UX design. Prior exposure to consumer-facing apps or platforms is preferred. A relevant qualification in design, visual communication, HCI, or an equivalent field is needed.
