- Support a customer-focused, safety-led environment that keeps improving over time.
- Manage and assign day-to-day work across stock control, store presentation, housekeeping, and team support, with a strong focus on sales growth and budget performance.
- Use strong interpersonal skills to create a great experience for both customers and coworkers.
- Spot opportunities to improve results, meet business goals, and track key performance indicators.

- Help shape how the store looks and operates so it connects well with the local community.
About you
The ideal candidate brings a positive, authentic style and enjoys working in a lively environment. Experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality is important, along with a collaborative approach to solving problems. You should lead through example, support diversity and inclusion, and actively help others grow and reach their potential.

You can build your career within BWS and the wider Endeavour Group network. Benefits include an exclusive discount card for BWS, Dan Murphy’s, ALH pubs, Woolworths, and Big W. You will also have access to Endeavour Wellbeing Support, an employee assistance service offering support for critical incidents, career, conflict, nutrition and lifestyle, money, family, legal matters, and general wellbeing.
