Role Overview
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the daily operations of the retail store. Responsibilities include team leadership, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock, and coaching staff to deliver outstanding customer service. This role involves supporting sales targets, controlling costs, training staff in product knowledge and operations, providing feedback for development, and leading the store in the manager’s absence. Working on Sundays regularly is a requirement.
Candidate Profile
- A motivated individual passionate about achieving results and confident in supporting their manager and team.
- Excellent communicator with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience as a team leader, key holder, or in management is a plus.
