Role Overview
The Assistant Showroom Manager plays a key part in the showroom’s day-to-day operations and commercial performance. This position supports the delivery of a premium client experience, represents the brand to architects, designers, and private customers, and works closely with the Showroom Manager to ensure smooth operations and strong service standards.
Client Experience and Brand Presentation
- Provide a tailored, consultative experience that reflects luxury service expectations.
- Confidently explain collections, made-to-order capabilities, and technical product details.
- Help keep the showroom immaculate and aligned with brand and visual merchandising standards.
- Support client meetings, private appointments, and visits from architects, interior designers, and trade professionals.
Commercial Responsibilities
- Assist with sales activities and support progress toward revenue goals.
- Strengthen client relationships through proactive follow-up and ongoing relationship management.
- Spot business opportunities in design, architecture, and high-end residential markets.
- Prepare quotes, monitor project progress, and coordinate the order workflow.
Operational Duties
- Help manage daily showroom operations, including scheduling, sample handling, and stock oversight.
- Follow internal procedures and service expectations carefully.
- Work with headquarters on orders, logistics, marketing actions, and reporting requirements.
- Assist the Showroom Manager with administrative and operational tasks.
Showroom Environment
- Contribute to a polished, professional, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the showroom.
- Keep displays, product information, and supporting materials accurate and current.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has experience in luxury retail, interior design, or a similar high-end advisory setting. They should understand design-led selling and bespoke product environments, communicate exceptionally well with international clients, and present themselves with the professionalism expected of a luxury brand. The role also calls for strong organization, commercial awareness, teamwork, and a detail-focused mindset.

Requirements
- Availability to work on Saturdays is mandatory.
- Between 2 and 4 years of commercial experience, ideally in luxury interiors, design, rugs and carpets, or lifestyle-related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of luxury client expectations and consultative selling.
- A current network within luxury, contracts/FF&E, architecture, design, interiors, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Additional European languages and/or Turkish would be beneficial.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
- Open, proactive, positive, internationally minded, and comfortable solving problems.
- Confident using CRM tools, MS Office, and social media platforms.
