About the role
Adairs is looking for an Assistant Manager to join the Gold Coast Outlet team. This position works hand in hand with the Store Manager to lift the store’s results and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role is part of a business that is investing heavily in its people, customer journey, technology, and understanding of customer needs.
What you will do
- Set the tone on the shop floor by leading through example and creating memorable experiences for customers.
- Support the team in reaching individual targets and KPI goals while also keeping yourself accountable to performance measures.
- Assist the Store Manager with coaching, developing, and training team members.
- Help with workforce planning and roster management so the store stays within budget.
- Review reports and spot opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
