Role overview

Adairs is looking for a Retail Stock Coordinator to help keep stock moving efficiently across the store and ensure products are placed where they are needed. This role supports the wider team in delivering a smooth and positive shopping experience for customers.

What you’ll do

  • Keep track of stock movement and make sure items are available in the correct place.
  • Support store operations by helping the team maintain an organised and well-run stock area.
  • Contribute to a seamless customer experience by ensuring products are ready and accessible.

  • Previous experience in retail or stock control.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well with others.
  • A customer-focused mindset and enthusiasm for creating standout service moments.
  • Physical ability to handle stock weighing up to 10 kg.
