We are currently seeking Assistant Managers eager to lead teams, develop their skills, and advance in the restaurant business.

Role Summary

This full-time position focuses on restaurant management and presents a fast-track route to becoming a General Manager. New hires are not expected to master pizza-making immediately as training will be provided.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in all daily restaurant operations.
  • Lead, train, and inspire team members to perform at their best.
  • Ensure customer service excellence every shift.
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, preparation speed, and order accuracy.
  • Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory control.
  • Participate in recruitment, hiring, training, and staff development activities.
  • Oversee financial tasks such as banking, cash handling, and improving store profitability.
  • Help implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing sales.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Capacity to work effectively in a busy, fast-moving environment.
  • Confidence in leading by example while delegating tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good math aptitude and organizational competence.
  • Willingness and availability to work on weekends as well as flexible shifts including opening and closing duties.
  • No facial tattoos allowed; some facial piercings might be restricted.

  • Hourly wage starting at $15 with opportunities for pay increases.
