About Domino's and the Role

We are currently seeking Assistant Managers eager to lead teams, develop their skills, and advance in the restaurant business.
Role Summary
This full-time position focuses on restaurant management and presents a fast-track route to becoming a General Manager. New hires are not expected to master pizza-making immediately as training will be provided.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in all daily restaurant operations.
- Lead, train, and inspire team members to perform at their best.
- Ensure customer service excellence every shift.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, preparation speed, and order accuracy.
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory control.
- Participate in recruitment, hiring, training, and staff development activities.
- Oversee financial tasks such as banking, cash handling, and improving store profitability.
- Help implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Capacity to work effectively in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Confidence in leading by example while delegating tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good math aptitude and organizational competence.
- Willingness and availability to work on weekends as well as flexible shifts including opening and closing duties.
- No facial tattoos allowed; some facial piercings might be restricted.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage starting at $15 with opportunities for pay increases.
