Job description

Role Overview

Jio is looking for a Talent Management Executive to support employee lifecycle activities after onboarding and help ensure a smooth, compliant, and engaging workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee employee activities across the post-joining lifecycle.
  • Make sure induction and RFR processes are completed according to the planned schedule.
  • Handle HR operational work on time so employees experience a seamless journey.
  • Carry out PMS activities within the approved timelines and as per the stated guidelines.
  • Complete allocated field visits in line with company rules.
  • Implement employee engagement programs effectively while staying within the assigned budget.
  • Build a strong connection with employees and assist in resolving concerns and grievances.
  • Maintain fundamental HR hygiene and support the IR team with compliance-related matters.
  • Support the Internal Job Process (IJP) for eligible employees as per company policy.

Requirements

  • 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Master's degree or diploma in Human Resources.
