Role Overview
Jio is looking for a Talent Management Executive to support employee lifecycle activities after onboarding and help ensure a smooth, compliant, and engaging workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee employee activities across the post-joining lifecycle.
- Make sure induction and RFR processes are completed according to the planned schedule.
- Handle HR operational work on time so employees experience a seamless journey.
- Carry out PMS activities within the approved timelines and as per the stated guidelines.
- Complete allocated field visits in line with company rules.
- Implement employee engagement programs effectively while staying within the assigned budget.
- Build a strong connection with employees and assist in resolving concerns and grievances.
- Maintain fundamental HR hygiene and support the IR team with compliance-related matters.
- Support the Internal Job Process (IJP) for eligible employees as per company policy.
Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
- Master's degree or diploma in Human Resources.
