• Create and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by tapping into alternate sources such as college campuses, government skill-development agencies, employment exchanges, and similar channels.
• Oversee all recruitment-related compliance activities, including background checks, verification processes, negotiation-related audit responses, and other required checks.
• Handle project-specific hiring needs within the timelines provided.
• Review recruitment dashboards and analytics on a regular basis to make sure hiring is completed within the set service levels.
• Prioritize recruitment for critical positions in the assigned area.
• Coordinate with geography stakeholders to ensure roles are closed promptly across their respective business verticals.
• Maintain candidate engagement during the pre-onboarding stage to support a smooth and positive employee experience.
