Role Overview
The company is looking for a resourceful and driven Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Dubai on a 6-month contract. This position will handle both high-volume and specialised hiring needs across the hospitality portfolio while working closely with business leaders to bring in strong talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the recruitment cycle from sourcing through to offer stage across different venues.
- Identify, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Work with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and share market hiring insights.
- Arrange interviews, manage candidate communication, and coordinate offer discussions.
- Develop and maintain talent pools for immediate and future recruitment needs.
- Deliver a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in lifestyle hospitality, with pre-opening hiring experience considered a strong advantage.
- A strong instinct for identifying talent within the lifestyle hospitality space.
- Proven ability to manage several open roles at the same time in a fast-moving environment.
- Advanced sourcing skills, especially using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing methods.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-directed working style with good prioritisation and deadline management.
- Must already be based in Dubai or be ready to relocate immediately.
- Comfortable operating in a high-volume, fast-paced hiring setup.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of additional European languages is beneficial.
- Immediate availability or a very short notice period is preferred.
Contract Details
This role is offered on a 6-month contract basis in Dubai.
Additional Information
The role involves high-volume recruitment as well as niche hiring across a broad hospitality portfolio. Pre-opening recruitment exposure is highly desirable.
