Job description

About Vinted

Vinted’s purpose is to make pre-owned the preferred choice, and the company is seeking someone who is motivated to contribute to that goal. Each day, teams work to help members buy and sell second-hand fashion and lifestyle goods, extending the life of every item.

The Vinted Group includes three business areas that contribute to this mission. Vinted Marketplace is a leading European destination for second-hand fashion and other pre-loved categories, connecting millions of members across more than 20 markets. Vinted Go improves delivery and pickup through a broad network of over 500,000 collection and drop-off points and partnerships with more than 60 carriers, while also offering services such as item verification for higher-value items. Vinted Pay is the group’s newest unit, focused on secure and dependable payments for buyers and sellers across Europe, integrated directly into the Vinted app to make transactions safer and easier.

Vinted was founded in Lithuania in 2008 as a simple way for friends to give unwanted clothes a new home. The company became Lithuania’s first unicorn in 2019. Its headquarters are in Vilnius, and the business has since expanded across Europe with a team of more than 2,000 people.

About the role

The People team plays an important role in shaping the organisation and protecting its culture. As a Senior Rewards Manager, you will help build and evolve the total rewards strategy so it supports motivation, performance, and retention across all markets. You will work closely with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to ensure pay and benefits programs remain competitive, fair, and aligned with Vinted’s culture and growth plans. The role combines strategic collaboration, ownership of key projects, and analysis based on data.

Key responsibilities

You will help design and maintain compensation structures such as salary bands and job levelling frameworks alongside People and Finance partners. You will also lead market benchmarking work, review compensation trends, and turn the findings into practical recommendations that support both market competitiveness and internal equity.

In addition, you will act as the go-to person for reward-related matters for specific business units, supporting People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition with complex pay questions, offer decisions, and international mobility cases. You will also take ownership of reward initiatives such as entering new countries, integrating acquired businesses, or updating total rewards policies.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with 6–8+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles in international settings, ideally in tech or scale-up environments. You should bring a strong understanding of pay structures, market benchmarking, pay equity, and benefits administration.

The role also calls for strong Excel and data skills, including the ability to perform advanced analysis and communicate insights clearly. Experience with job architecture frameworks and compensation tools or platforms is important, along with solid project management capability and strong stakeholder management skills. You should be proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment. Experience with Workday and compensation survey tools such as Radford or Mercer would be an advantage.

Perks and benefits

The role includes access to share options, 25 working days of holiday, and all tools and technology needed to do the job. Vinted also provides IT workstation equipment and up to €540 for home office furniture, private health insurance, digital mental and emotional health support, and an Employee Assistance Program.

Additional benefits include frequent team-building events, a personal monthly shopping budget for Vinted, and the option to spend up to 90 days per year on workation, including up to 21 days outside the EU. The workplace is dog-friendly. The Vilnius office offers a gym and in-house meals at friendly prices, while the Kaunas office includes a monthly lunch allowance plus one in-house lunch and breakfast each week.

Working at Vinted

Vinted supports continuous learning through an annual learning budget that can be used for courses, certifications, workshops, and other development opportunities. The company follows a hybrid work model, with two in-office days recommended but not mandatory; teams decide together which days to meet in person.

Equal opportunity

Vinted is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where people from all backgrounds and life experiences feel they belong. Applications are welcomed from everyone, and candidates are considered fairly regardless of race, age, religion or belief, sex, national origin, citizenship, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Compensation

The gross monthly salary for this position is €4,417 to €5,967.
