We are seeking a reliable, well-organized, and service-minded Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office activities. This role keeps operations running efficiently by assisting staff, leadership, and visitors with a professional and helpful approach.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver administrative assistance to managers and team members throughout the organization.
- Organize calendars, arrange meetings, and manage appointment scheduling.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, then route requests to the right contact.
- Draft, revise, and arrange documents, reports, and presentation materials.
- Keep files, records, and office documentation orderly and current.
- Support data entry tasks and maintain accurate, up-to-date information.
- Help coordinate travel plans, meeting setup, and event logistics when required.
- Monitor office inventory and keep supplies and equipment stocked.
- Greet visitors and help maintain a welcoming, professional front office atmosphere.
- Assist with special assignments and other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; added administrative coursework or training is an advantage.
- Prior experience in office administration, administrative support, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, along with other office applications.
- Ability to manage sensitive information discreetly.
- Excellent attention to detail and solid problem-solving capability.
- Able to work independently as well as contribute well within a team setting.
