Role overview
As an Accountant, you will help ensure that the company’s finances remain on a solid footing and can support data-driven growth. Your work will contribute to accurate bookkeeping, financial integrity, and clear visibility across the business.
What you will do
- Work with the finance team to maintain proper bookkeeping in line with applicable local standards for the group, including international entities.
- Monitor financial transactions and help ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute actively to maintaining and continuously improving the accounting structure.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Support group accounting activities, including intercompany transactions, in close coordination with the team.
- Help further develop internal accounting processes and reporting tools, including automation and the use of AI.
- Serve as a contact person for international tax advisors.
- Communicate with tax authorities and support compliance with international tax obligations.
- Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements and audits.
What you bring
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in accounting or financial management.
- A completed degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of international accounting and tax law.
- Experience working with tax advisors and authorities, ideally in an international setting.
- Strong analytical skills, a structured and accurate working style, and a solution-focused mindset.
- A hands-on attitude, strong ownership, and the ability to take initiative independently.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
