Role Summary
In this position, you will oversee client relationships, shape account-level strategies, and help deliver strong outcomes across social and digital campaigns. The role calls for someone who can balance client service, performance tracking, and coordination with internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
What You Will Do
- Act as the main contact for assigned clients and keep communication clear and consistent.
- Create and implement account plans that align with client priorities and wider business objectives.
- Track campaign results, interpret performance data, and prepare client-facing updates and reports.
- Spot opportunities to expand accounts through additional services or larger campaign scopes.
- Work closely with creative and technical teams to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Lead regular client discussions and presentations to review progress and recommend improvements.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and handle concerns quickly and professionally.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in client/account management, ideally in a digital marketing agency.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and effective campaign practices.
- Strong analytical thinking, along with excellent planning and project coordination skills.
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfort working on several accounts at once while meeting deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to paid digital advertising tools such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms and CRM software.
