Job description
Role Overview
This position involves providing support to JTC Corporation's permanent personnel in overseeing the needs of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and micro-SME clients.
Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will handle the operational and property-related requirements of JTC’s SME and micro-SME customers, fostering and sustaining robust business relations. This includes assisting businesses impacted by redevelopment projects in planning their relocation through identifying appropriate alternative properties, and coordinating with relevant agencies and departments for a seamless transition.
Candidate Profile
We seek individuals who possess strong interpersonal and communication abilities, excellent stakeholder management skills capable of managing challenging conversations professionally, a positive mindset, resourcefulness, and sound problem-solving skills. Background experience in customer relations, real estate, or public sector environments is preferred.
