About the Company

Mash Global is hiring an experienced Account Director to join its creative and media team in Doha, Qatar. This position is designed for a senior professional with a strong track record in social media and 360-degree marketing, who can steer important client relationships, support revenue growth, and protect account profitability.

Role Overview

The company is looking for someone with 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in social media and integrated marketing, ideally gained in an agency environment. The role also calls for solid leadership capability, since you will be guiding account teams while managing high-value client portfolios and contributing to business expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of assigned client accounts and ensure consistently strong delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients while serving as a strategic point of contact.
  • Spot opportunities for account growth and support wider business development initiatives.
  • Handle account budgets, keep projects on schedule, and work to maintain healthy profitability.
  • Guide account team members, review performance, and provide clear strategic direction.
  • Create and execute integrated 360 marketing plans that reflect client goals.
  • Track social media performance data and refine campaigns to improve return on investment.
  • Prepare and present strategic guidance, updates, and performance reporting to clients.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of proven experience in social media and 360 marketing, with agency experience being essential.
  • Prior experience leading teams and managing people effectively.
  • Strong analytical ability for budget control, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development.
  • Comfort with marketing analytics platforms and social media tools.

Nice to Have

  • Background in running large integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Awareness of new digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Experience working with clients or markets in the Middle East.
  • A digital marketing certification or a qualification in a related area.
