Overview
Thyrocare Technologies Ltd. is seeking a Telecalling Debt Recovery Agent to manage customer interactions related to payment collection. This role involves proactive communication with clients to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and clients to remind them of pending payments.
- Regularly follow up on dues and ensure commitments for payment are met.
- Maintain a professional and courteous communication style to foster positive customer relationships.
- Negotiate and collaborate with customers to facilitate payment recovery.
- Accurately document calls, follow-up actions, and payment statuses.
- Achieve set targets for collection and recovery.
- Report unresolved or delayed payments to the relevant internal teams.
- Work in coordination with internal departments concerning payment and account queries.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, debt recovery, collections, or payment follow-up roles.
- Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Banking, Fintech, or similar sectors is preferred.
- Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to persuade and convince effectively.
- Familiarity with computer skills related to VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Highly target-driven and persistent in pursuing follow-ups.
