Role overview
This store leadership role is based in Dublin and offers a salary of up to €52,800, along with a bonus plan and additional benefits. Responsibilities
- Guide and energise the store team each day so store targets are met.
- Spot opportunities to improve performance and push results beyond key targets.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor while also ensuring back-of-house processes support smooth commercial trading.
- Learn the product thoroughly so you can become a confident subject-matter expert.
- Work with the regional sales manager to coach, develop, and prepare the team for future growth and succession.
Candidate profile
- You should have a genuine commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Experience using data to identify trends, issues, and root causes, and then act on what you find, is important.
- Strong communication skills are needed to coach and lead a high-performing team.
- You must be adaptable and comfortable responding to changing business demands.
- A positive, hands-on attitude and enthusiasm for the brand, its products, and values are expected.
- Previous experience in store management, ideally in a fast-moving retail environment, is required.
