Role overview

This store leadership role is based in Dublin and offers a salary of up to €52,800, along with a bonus plan and additional benefits. Responsibilities

  • Guide and energise the store team each day so store targets are met.
  • Spot opportunities to improve performance and push results beyond key targets.
  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor while also ensuring back-of-house processes support smooth commercial trading.
  • Learn the product thoroughly so you can become a confident subject-matter expert.
  • Work with the regional sales manager to coach, develop, and prepare the team for future growth and succession.

Candidate profile

  • You should have a genuine commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Experience using data to identify trends, issues, and root causes, and then act on what you find, is important.
  • Strong communication skills are needed to coach and lead a high-performing team.
  • You must be adaptable and comfortable responding to changing business demands.
  • A positive, hands-on attitude and enthusiasm for the brand, its products, and values are expected.
  • Previous experience in store management, ideally in a fast-moving retail environment, is required.
