Role Overview
The Location Head will be responsible for steering the growth of CASA (Current and Savings Accounts) business within the allocated territory. This role involves leading a team comprising Relationship Managers and Sales personnel to accomplish various financial targets and elevate customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth in Current and Savings Account portfolios across the designated location.
- Manage and lead Relationship Managers and Sales teams effectively to meet the organization's goals.
- Deliver on CASA, deposit mobilization, fee income generation, and cross-selling objectives.
- Engage and acquire a diverse client base including High Net Worth Individuals, SMEs, corporate entities, government, and institutional clients.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with important customers and strategic business collaborators.
- Oversee branch performance metrics including productivity, sales outcomes, and portfolio quality assessment.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements such as RBI norms, KYC standards, Anti-Money Laundering policies, and company internal controls.
- Lead efforts in recruiting, mentoring, coaching, and developing sales staff to boost performance.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and service teams to continuously enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
