- Assist managers in managing performance improvement plans when required.
- Promote and uphold a unified, values-driven company culture during growth phases.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and convert results into actionable improvements.
- Organize team rituals, recognition initiatives, and cultural touchpoints.
- Act as a trusted and impartial resource for employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance documentation is up-to-date, and manage HR information systems.
- Administer benefits programs and coordinate open enrollment periods.
- Ensure adherence to relevant labor laws and employment regulations.
- Maintain and revise the employee handbook and update company policies as needed.

- Three to six years of experience in HR management, preferably within startups, scale-ups, or fast-moving small to mid-sized businesses.
- Proven ownership of end-to-end hiring processes beyond just support roles.
- Demonstrated ability to design or enhance HR programs from the ground up.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, combining approachability, trustworthiness, and direct communication.
- Comfortable working through ambiguity without awaiting perfect procedures.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Experience with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, and fundamental compliance obligations.
Additional Desirable Skills
- Experience in healthcare, technology, or regulated sectors.
- Professional HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP.
- Background in supporting remote or hybrid teams.
