Role overview
As a Host at Cracker Barrel in Aiken, SC, you will be the first point of contact for guests and help set the tone for a welcoming dining experience. Your role will center on greeting guests, keeping the waitlist organized, giving timely updates, and ensuring tables are ready so the dining room runs smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Welcome guests as they arrive and help them feel comfortable right away.
- Manage the waitlist and keep guests informed with friendly, clear communication.
- Coordinate table readiness so parties can be seated efficiently.
- Help maintain a smooth flow in the dining area during busy periods.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment that supports a positive guest experience.

Training and experience
No prior restaurant background is required. Full training will be provided.
