Role Overview
This contract position for a Financial Data Analyst offers remote work with a flexible commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week. The compensation ranges from $40 to $65 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze complex financial datasets to maintain high standards of data annotation and accuracy.
- Employ advanced spreadsheet capabilities to organize, verify, and manage substantial financial data collections.
- Perform labeling, annotation, and categorization of financial information to ensure uniformity and precision.
- Work alongside data science and product teams to communicate relevant financial insights.
- Conduct thorough reviews and validations of financial documents for completeness and adherence to defined guidelines.
- Effectively present findings both verbally and in writing to audiences with diverse technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Experience in finance, financial analysis, or a similar discipline.
- Advanced skills using spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Practical background in annotating or labeling financial data.
- Strong command of English communication, both written and oral.
- Exceptional attention to detail ensuring accuracy in data processing and reporting.
