Role Overview

This contract position for a Financial Data Analyst offers remote work with a flexible commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week. The compensation ranges from $40 to $65 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze complex financial datasets to maintain high standards of data annotation and accuracy.
• Employ advanced spreadsheet capabilities to organize, verify, and manage substantial financial data collections.
• Perform labeling, annotation, and categorization of financial information to ensure uniformity and precision.
• Work alongside data science and product teams to communicate relevant financial insights.
• Conduct thorough reviews and validations of financial documents for completeness and adherence to defined guidelines.
• Effectively present findings both verbally and in writing to audiences with diverse technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, financial analysis, or a similar discipline.
• Advanced skills using spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Practical background in annotating or labeling financial data.
• Strong command of English communication, both written and oral.
• Exceptional attention to detail ensuring accuracy in data processing and reporting.
