EquipmentShare is seeking a motivated Data Analyst specializing in People Analytics at their Columbia, MO rental facility. This role involves joining a pioneering team dedicated to revolutionizing the construction industry by leveraging innovative technology and a supportive culture focused on contractor and community empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate across departments to interpret workforce data and translate it into actionable strategies and improvements.
Drive the People Analytics agenda by contributing to the roadmap and executing projects related to talent acquisition, compensation, workforce planning, and employee feedback mechanisms.
Engage deeply with multiple analytical projects, including data processing and analysis to support comprehensive workforce insights.
Develop practical knowledge of analytics tools and methodologies through active participation and mentorship.
Communicate findings effectively with technical teams and senior leadership to influence strategic human resources decisions.
Analyze financial aspects tied to personnel, such as labor capitalization and costs.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Python or R programming languages is essential; experience with SQL is desirable.

Pursuing or holding a degree in Psychology, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
Preferably 1-2 years experience in a people analyst capacity.

Physical and Work Environment
