Job Role and Key Responsibilities

Generate new customer prospects by conducting field visits, leveraging referrals, and engaging with local networks.
Present and explain solar energy products to residential and commercial clients effectively.
Arrange customer meetings and manage site visit coordination.
Follow up on potential customers and successfully convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals consistently.
Maintain detailed customer records and prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Collaborate with installation, documentation, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Travel locally within assigned sales territories as needed.

Candidate Eligibility

Graduates or postgraduates in any discipline including MBA, BBA, B.Com, MSW, or equivalent qualifications.
Open to both fresh graduates and those with prior experience.
Candidates from rural and Tier-3 cities are especially encouraged to apply.
Commitment to field sales work.

Mandatory Requirements

Proficiency in the local language is essential.
Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is required.
Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
Familiarity with the local geographical area is advantageous.
Effective time management and customer service skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed monthly salary ranging from 18,000 to 40,000 INR.
