Job Purpose
Lead and manage sales performance across multiple locations efficiently to meet revenue goals and foster business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement sales strategies aimed at fulfilling revenue objectives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales results, and prepare forecasts.
- Lead and develop sales teams to optimize their performance and achieve superior outcomes.
- Identify new business prospects, form partnerships, and explore market growth opportunities.
- Ensure cohesive coordination between sales activities and operational processes.
- Oversee customer experience quality, support customer retention, and promote upselling efforts.
- Perform regular site inspections to evaluate operational and sales effectiveness.
- Work closely with Operations and Marketing departments to enhance overall performance and efficiency.
- Compile periodic reports and propose strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
- Between 6 and 8 years of sales experience, preferably with multi-location sales management exposure.
- Prior experience in the coworking space sector or similar industries is an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing and developing sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a results-focused approach to meet sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
