The company is looking for a multifaceted HR Generalist intern who will contribute across various human resource functions while supporting the founders' office.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and establish HR policies and frameworks tailored for employees.
• Manage recruitment processes, from conducting interviews to team building and maintaining management information systems.
• Develop performance evaluation tools such as scorecards and performance matrices to improve organizational culture and productivity.
• Lead initiatives for employer branding, including digital strategies that reinforce the company’s brand image.
• Create digital content including videos, testimonials, and success stories to enhance engagement.
• Prepare presentations for training modules and conduct webinars focusing on key soft skills for interns.
• Automate and redesign HR workflows to enhance organizational efficiency.

Internship Details

• Duration of 1 month with immediate joining between August 1, 2026, and September 5, 2026.
• Full-time onsite work in Delhi.
• Stipend ranging between INR 5,000 and INR 10,000 per month.
