Overview
This internship offers an opportunity to work at Grivaa Consultancy Services, a boutique investment and wealth management firm specializing in equity research and personalized financial solutions. The company is looking for a multifaceted HR Generalist intern who will contribute across various human resource functions while supporting the founders' office.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and establish HR policies and frameworks tailored for employees.
- Manage recruitment processes, from conducting interviews to team building and maintaining management information systems.
- Develop performance evaluation tools such as scorecards and performance matrices to improve organizational culture and productivity.
- Lead initiatives for employer branding, including digital strategies that reinforce the company’s brand image.
- Create digital content including videos, testimonials, and success stories to enhance engagement.
- Prepare presentations for training modules and conduct webinars focusing on key soft skills for interns.
- Automate and redesign HR workflows to enhance organizational efficiency.
