Internship Overview
Join Boddhi Tree Foundation as an HR intern and gain practical experience utilizing tools like MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, and data analysis to support our human resources operations. This remote, part-time internship offers you the chance to contribute meaningfully while building your HR skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and preliminary screenings.
- Analyze HR-related data and trends to help inform strategic decisions and planning.
- Conduct virtual meetings as needed by the organization.
- Support the onboarding process by creating orientation content and facilitating sessions for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR information systems.
- Provide administrative aid to the HR team by preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Applicant Eligibility
The internship is open to individuals who can work remotely, have relevant HR-related skills and interests, and are available for a four-month period starting anytime between August 1 and September 5, 2026. Women looking to initiate or resume their careers are especially encouraged to apply.
