Role Overview
Join Vocalbeats as a User Researcher to generate insightful data that influences product direction in a fast-paced environment. This role involves planning and executing various user research tactics such as interviews, surveys, and usability assessments, alongside analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data to develop practical insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement user research activities including interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
- Analyze collected data to provide actionable recommendations.
- Create detailed research reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams ensuring that design decisions prioritize the user.
- Oversee research logistics including recruiting participants.
Candidate Profile
- Open to recent graduates passionate about user research.
- Educational background in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or equivalent fields.
- Excellent communication capabilities coupled with empathy and awareness of cultural nuances.
- Basic familiarity with user research techniques and related tools.
- Able to navigate a dynamic work setting and juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Drive to understand and enhance user experience.
- Elementary data analysis proficiency using software such as Excel, Python, SPSS, or SQL.
