Role Overview

Join Vocalbeats as a User Researcher to generate insightful data that influences product direction in a fast-paced environment. This role involves planning and executing various user research tactics such as interviews, surveys, and usability assessments, alongside analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data to develop practical insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement user research activities including interviews, surveys, and usability tests.

  • Excellent communication capabilities coupled with empathy and awareness of cultural nuances.
  • Basic familiarity with user research techniques and related tools.
  • Able to navigate a dynamic work setting and juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Drive to understand and enhance user experience.
  • Elementary data analysis proficiency using software such as Excel, Python, SPSS, or SQL.
