Job Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a User Research Intern based in Singapore who will collaborate closely with researchers, designers, and product managers to gather and analyze user insights that influence product decisions. Core duties include assisting in the planning and execution of user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests; analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data; preparing research documentation and presentations; working alongside cross-functional teams to ensure design decisions are user-centric; and supporting research logistics including participant recruitment.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is presently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or similar disciplines. Fresh graduates and final year students are invited to apply. The candidate should exhibit effective communication, empathy, and cultural sensitivity to work effectively within diverse teams and user groups. Fundamental knowledge of user research methodologies and tools is necessary, alongside the capability to thrive in a fast-moving setting while juggling multiple responsibilities. A strong passion for understanding user needs and enhancing product experiences is essential. Additionally, basic data analysis skills are required, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Python, SPSS, or SQL.
