Job Overview

• Zippee is growing their HR team by hiring Talent Acquisition Specialists or Senior HR Executives with 4-7 years of experience to help create the best workplace environment.
• Responsibilities include strategizing recruitment, hiring, and onboarding exceptional candidates.
• The role is fast-paced, demanding initiative with minimal supervision, and requires readiness to tackle any task that supports company goals.
• Work location is primarily in-person at the Gurgaon headquarters Monday to Friday, with remote work on Saturdays.
• Candidates must provide their own laptops.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Corporate and Operations positions.
• Develop strong talent pipelines utilizing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assess for skills, accountability, and cultural alignment.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closures while maintaining excellent candidate experience.
• Handle offer management, onboarding processes, and maintain accurate recruitment management information systems.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to enhance quality, reduce hiring time, and optimize sourcing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Preferably holds a Master's degree or MBA specializing in Human Resources.
• Have 4 to 7 years of extensive volume hiring experience in startup environments.
• Experience in HR or blue-collar recruitment within logistics, warehousing, or quick commerce sectors is a plus.
• Strong ability to engage diverse stakeholders and adapt in a fast-evolving startup culture.
• Excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong persuasion abilities.
