Role Overview

As a senior sales professional in the Solutions & Services Group, you will own the growth of Lenovo’s services business across AI Solutions, IT Managed Services, TruScale IaaS/DaaS, ThinkShield/Core software, ARS, and other industry-specific offerings. You will work closely with strategic, GCC, and enterprise account teams to shape market approaches and win complex opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Lenovo’s strategic, Global Capability Center, and enterprise account teams to build joint value propositions and go-to-market plans for services opportunities.
  • Develop and expand TruScale IaaS/DaaS models by aligning products, services, and financing solutions to the territory or segment.
  • Identify, progress, and close large, high-complexity deals across AI services, IT managed services, TruScale IaaS/DaaS, ThinkShield/Core software, and asset recovery services.
  • Create and execute sales plans that support growth targets for the services business.
  • Build strong senior stakeholder relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to customers and internal account teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to move opportunities smoothly through the sales pipeline.
  • Use MS Dynamics and related reporting systems regularly to track performance, review sales metrics, and stay on target.

Candidate Profile

The role calls for a highly experienced enterprise technology sales professional with deep knowledge of services-led selling, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to manage complex negotiations and partnerships. Experience handling GCC accounts is an advantage, and familiarity with the Sri Lanka market will also be beneficial. The position reports to the Service and Solutions Group South India Leader.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineering, Science, MBA, or another advanced technical qualification is preferred.
  • At least 15 years of successful enterprise technology sales experience is required.
  • A proven record of exceeding large multi-million-dollar quotas is expected.
  • Direct sales experience along with strong understanding of AI services, IT managed services, ThinkShield security/Core software, asset recovery services, and “as-a-service” offerings.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business judgment, decision-making, contract negotiation, and partner management skills.
  • Experience working with GCC accounts will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Sri Lanka market will be an added advantage.

Compensation

The offered salary range is INR 40,00,000 to INR 70,00,000 per year.
