Overview
Corp Match Private Limited is currently recruiting for the position of Senior Process Associate specialized in International Voice Process. Job Responsibilities
- Manage client conversations and inquiries related to international voice services.
- Assist customers by addressing questions about products and services effectively.
- Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues adhering to turnaround time targets.
- Deliver high-quality customer service upholding the company’s standards.
- Promote additional products and services where appropriate to augment revenue.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar international broadband or international upselling voice process role.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Educational qualifications range from 12th Pass/PUC to any graduate level.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
