Attention to detail is essential, from managing cash flow to providing accurate information about drink selections and ensuring the bar operates flawlessly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages with precision while maintaining an inviting ambience.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and local specialties to enhance the guest experience.
• Act as a knowledgeable point of contact on wine origins, vintages, and styles, addressing guests' questions with confidence.
• Maintain a safe and professional workplace by adhering to company policies, protecting assets, and ensuring a polished personal appearance.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting objects up to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching as necessary during shifts.
• Collaborate with management in recruiting, training, and developing team members to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

• Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• At least one year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No mandatory certifications or licenses.
